The ceremony will be at Caleruega Chapel of Transfiguration and the reception venue will be in Serenescapes Bed and Breakfast which is 20 minutes away from the church. The ceremony will be at 2:30 pm onwards so we advise you to take a decent meal beforehand. Please avoid getting hungry and grumpy. 😜

Please arrive by 2:00 PM to allow time for parking and finding your seat.

Our dress code is Formal Attire. We suggest that you wear the colors from the color guide in the Dress Code section of this website. Please avoid wearing jeans, denim, shorts, and avoid shades of white.

Please RSVP by January 11th, so we can have an accurate headcount. If you do not RSVP in time, we will assume that you are unable to attend.

As much as we’d love to have everyone celebrate with us, we can only accommodate a limited number of guests due to venue space and budget restrictions. Please understand that this event is strictly by invitation only. Guests not found on the guest list will not be allowed to enter.

We love your little ones! However, we have decided on an adult-only celebration to give everyone a chance to relax and enjoy the evening. The only kids attending are those part of the entourage and those who are requested. We encourage you to use this evening as a "night out" for yourself!

Of course! You are free to take photos and videos as many as you want but please don't get in the way of our official photographers and videographers. We'd love to see your point of view during our wedding!

The ceremony and reception will both be held indoors. The cocktail hour will be held at the Patio of Serenescapes, where you can enjoy the grazing table and refreshments.

Cocktail hour starts at 5:30 PM at the Patio of Serenescapes. Appetizer and refreshments will be served. Use this time to enjoy the grazing table, strike a pose at the photobooth, and, of course, mingle with other guests.

The reception program will start around 7:00 PM.

Please don’t 😔 It took us a lot of effort and discussion to finish the seating arrangement which is planned for everyone’s convenience and network preference. Don't worry, you’ll be seated along with family or friends.
